OUR CLUB

Boroughmuir Thistle FC Is a competitive, open, and friendly community club providing exciting activities and facilities to meet the aspirations of all standards and ages of female footballers. 

We are Scotlands' largest female football club developing aspirations through participative, developmental and elite football from 5 years to Adult. 

Our First Team play in SWPL2 in the 2023/24 Season. We also have a team in the SWPL in partnership with Edinburgh University.

We run teams at U14, U16, and U18 in the new National Talent Development NextGen Programme. 

We run teams at u8s u10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 in the SWF Regional Leagues.

We also run coached and non-coached 5s for women. Football for boys is offered through our partnership with Play2Learn.

We are based at Meggetland (and various other local venues) EH14 1AS providing floodlit 3G football all year round.
